Shift Leader Candidate profile:
* Ideally a production manager with strong production management experience
* MUST have experience of canning (preferred) or bottling. Happy to look at wider FMCG / food / bev candidates who are strong production leaders but your experience must be FMCG / food / bev.
* You could be a Shift manager or Shift Leader looking to make the next step in your career to a production manager jobs role
* Collaborative – the business and people are friendly and committed. You will be a Production Manager who engages in a nice way to lead the team (you will likely be a really good coach and lead in a collaborative manner)
* Strategic but then we want to see examples of taking ownership and driving performance not just reporting. An ability to ‘cut through noise to key points and focus on execution
