Job Title: Automotive Sales Specialist
Are you passionate about sales and motoring?
We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's largest automotive retailer. Our sales team members are outgoing and eager to showcase their skills to ensure customers receive the services and products they need and desire.
You will work with a large, passionate team committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve driving sales across the Halfords group, coordinating vehicle repairs in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes and workplaces.
In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues in retail stores, Autocentres, and the Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Success requires working efficiently and building strong relationships.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
* Experience in face-to-face customer service, preferably in retail sales or automotive environment
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
* Experience sharing expertise with others
* Interest or experience in motoring products/services
