We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our primary team. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum and help create a positive and engaging classroom environment. Key Responsibilities Support pupils’ learning in the classroom, individually and in small groups Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs (including SEND, where applicable) Encourage positive behaviour and promote inclusion Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and personal development Assist with playground supervision and school activities when required The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential) A positive, patient, and caring attitude Good communication and teamwork skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – desirable) We Offer: A friendly and supportive working environment Opportunities for professional development and training A committed leadership team A rewarding role making a real difference to children’s lives 24/7 access to speak with your hands-on and reliable consultant Increase pay where we feel applicable This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
