Are you a highly organised Administrator/Planner with excellent communication skills and a knack for planning and problem-solving? We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients Asset Management & Maintenance (AM&M) team as a Resource Planner. This hybrid role is based in Devizes, with initial face-to-face training. After this, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, with attendance for meetings and ongoing training as required. About the Role You'll provide crucial technical and administrative support to the AM&M department, ensuring the homes are managed and maintained to a high standard. You’ll work across key areas such as Planned Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical, Response Repairs, Voids and Estate Services. You'll be responsible for scheduling operational resources, ensuring effective diary management using a digital scheduling system, and supporting the wider team in delivering high-quality services to customers. Key Responsibilities * Plan and schedule operational diaries across multiple business areas to maximise efficiency. * Own and manage specific diaries while providing team-wide cover and flexibility. * Respond to changing priorities to help deliver our strategic goals. * Maintain strong communication with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers. * Resolve customer issues and complaints with a proactive, solution-focused approach. * Provide technical support to teams and ensure compliance with data and record-keeping policies. * Manage cyclical compliance programmes and assess referrals for Aids & Adaptations. * Support Finance and Health & Safety processes, including maintaining registers and records. About You * Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships. * Detail-oriented, with experience managing both digital and physical records in line with GDPR. Essential Experience & Qualifications: * GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths. * Experience in a similar administrative or scheduling/planning role. * Strong IT skills – confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * A problem-solver who takes initiative and delivers practical solutions
