Working in the Sales department you will responsible for the retaining and developing your team and while being an ambassador of the brand and the business.

Your responsibilities:
1. Manage, drive and coach your team to consistently achieve sales targets, dealing effectively with underperformance and support with training.
2. Drive customer contact KPI’s through calls and meetings to ensure regular meaningful contact with all our customers and prospects.
3. Identify new business and win back trends to build resilient and robust pipelines and focus on increasing conversion rates.
4. Strategically plan and run forecast meetings.
5. Maximise the performance of your sales team, by building strong relationships with supporting functions across the business.

6. Strong ability in motivating, coaching and developing a team within a solutions sales environment.
7. A motivated people-person with excellent listening skills.
8. A solid business to business sales background.
9. Consistently meets and exceeds targets in a goal-driven environment with a proven track record.
