* Deliver Operational Excellence: You’ll take responsibility for running smooth, well‑organised shifts. From managing team focus and maintaining a clean, safe environment, to making sure tills are accurate and everyone’s in the know—you’ll keep everything flowing with clarity and calm confidence.
* Drive Financial Success: You’ll support the restaurant’s financial goals by helping manage labour costs, reducing waste, and ensuring that service is efficient and effective. By helping the team understand the ‘why’ behind key decisions, you’ll build awareness and shared accountability.
* Work Together as One Team: You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with the floor, bar, kitchen, and management team to make sure everything comes together seamlessly. With clear communication and a hands‑on attitude, you’ll help create a shift that feels cohesive, supportive, and high‑performing.
