Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role in Cambridge for an Academic Administration Officer. The role supports the smooth running of the College’s academic provision by providing structured, accurate administrative support to staff and students. Responsibilities include managing and updating Moodle, coordinating assessment administration, servicing academic committees, maintaining academic records, and supporting student-facing events such as induction and graduation. Working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager, the Academic Administration Officer plays a key part in ensuring consistent, reliable processes that underpin teaching, learning, and assessment.
