About the job:
This role is ideal for someone ready to take on the challenge of minimising third-party risk across the Aviva Group. You will be responsible for maintaining and embedding Aviva’s Procurement and Outsourcing Business Standard and delivering fit-for-purpose Group Procurement performance reporting to stakeholders. You will join the Group Procurement team, supporting the Group Procurement Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with essential reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Skills and experience required:
* Deep understanding of Third Party Risk and Governance methodologies, with a proven track record in planning, data analysis, and attention to detail.
* Experience in developing and maintaining Third Party Risk Management Policies, Standards, and Frameworks in Financial Services is desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all organisational levels.
* Experience in data analysis, MI production, Procurement Systems (e.g., SAP-Ariba), and presenting complex information clearly.
* Ability to deliver appropriate actions and responses balancing risk, financial exposure, reputation, supplier relationships, and stakeholder needs.
