Our client is on a mission to deliver transformational change through a high-profile Cyber Security Programme, and are looking for experienced Business Analyst to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on technical IT projects that are critical to their security infrastructure, including areas such as Security Keys & Certificates.
🔐 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering end-to-end business analysis across technical and security-focused projects.
* Leading discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation planning.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement innovative solutions.
* Supporting the design of business processes and procedures tailored to both business and IT audiences.
* Contributing to test planning, user acceptance testing, and rollout strategies.
* Analysing data to support decision-making and project direction.
✅ What You’ll Bring:
* A strong track record of delivering Business Analysis across multiple technical IT projects.
* Experience in IT Security and understanding of cyber security principles.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
* Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience with process mapping, impact assessments, and operating model design.
* A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
💡 Desirable (Not Essential):
* Experience working on Cyber Security Programmes.
* Exposure to Security Keys & Certificates.
* Business Analysis certifications.
* Education in a technical or IT-related discipline.
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
📍 Location:
This role is based in Glasgow or Newcastle, with onsite presence required for key meetings. Flexibility and collaboration are essential.
