Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
* Conceive and execute innovative marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and analyse competitor activity.
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities deliver a strong return on investment.
* Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content creation.
* Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to senior management.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure our marketing efforts support business objectives.
* Organise and attend company events, such as trade shows and conferences.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
