Our client,, is seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join their Legal team on a fixed-term basis. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will provide legal support on a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on commercial contracts. You must be immediately available Responsibilities include: Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including supply and sourcing agreements, service agreements, agency agreements, distribution agreements, and marketing Ts&Cs. Advising on the termination and renewal of commercial agreements. Assisting with corporate/company secretarial matters, such as drafting powers of attorney and supporting international operations. Providing ad hoc advice on NDAs, competitions, advertising and marketing, e-commerce, software/IT licensing, retail issues, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Effectively liaising with and managing external law firms to obtain expert advice. Requirements: Qualified lawyer in England and Wales. Must be immediately available. Previous experience working as an in-house counsel or in a strong in-house secondment role post-qualification. Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and corporate/company secretarial matters. Experience in IP issues and dealing with IP infringements would be beneficial.
