Working Hours
As an Operations Degree Apprentice, you will work various shifts to gain full exposure to our 24/7 operation, including early, late, and night shifts, as well as some weekends. You will experience shift patterns such as:
* Early shifts (around 6am)
* Late shifts (up to 10pm)
* Night shifts (10pm – 6am)
This will help you develop a comprehensive understanding of our parcel operation with advance notice for shifts.
About the Apprenticeship
Over three years, you will learn about our pipeline and develop skills in:
* Logistics & Supply Chain Operations: Understanding parcel delivery networks, tracking, optimizing flows, and managing routes and vehicles.
* Operational Management: Managing teams, KPIs, shift planning, and resource allocation.
* Commercial & Financial Acumen: Cost analysis, budgeting, and performance data interpretation.
* Customer Service & Client Relationships: Handling B2B and B2C interactions, complaints, and service improvements.
