Full Time Position – Restaurant & Housekeeping
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hard working Hotel Assistant to join our team. This is a varied and hands on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different departments and being part of a close knit team.
The position involves split shifts across the day, supporting both our restaurant and housekeeping departments.
Working Hours
Morning Restaurant Shift: 8am to 11am
Housekeeping Shift: 11am to 2pm
Evening Restaurant Shift: 6pm to 9pm
Flexibility is essential as weekend work will be required.
Restaurant Duties
* Serving breakfast to hotel guests
* Taking food and drink orders
* Waiting tables and clearing down
* Preparing and setting up the restaurant
* Delivering a friendly and efficient service at all times
* Assisting with evening food service
Housekeeping Duties
* Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
* Making beds and replenishing amenities
* Vacuuming, dusting and general cleaning
* Reporting maintenance issues
* Ensuring public areas are kept clean and presentable

* Previous hotel, restaurant or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
