Your new schoolThis is a supportive and community-focused primary school with a strong emphasis on nurturing, inclusion and child development. The senior leadership team is approachable and invested in staff wellbeing, and the EYFS team works collaboratively to create a stimulating, play-based environment aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.Your new roleThe successful candidate will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for Reception-aged pupils.
* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
* Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development
* Use ongoing assessment to inform next steps in learning
* Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support pupil progress
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within EYFS, ideally in Reception
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and assessment practices
* A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to teaching
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
