Our client, a well-established international school in Rabat, is seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher of Economics and Business Studies to join its academic team.
The successful candidate will teach Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Economics and Business Studies within a structured, high-achieving environment that values academic rigor, student engagement, and international perspective.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach Economics and Business Studies at IGCSE and A Level (Cambridge International Curriculum).
* Deliver engaging lessons covering microeconomics, macroeconomics, and global economic issues.
* Prepare students thoroughly for Cambridge examinations.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing meaningful feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental collaboration.
* Support the wider life of the school, including extracurricular involvement.
* Uphold safeguarding and pastoral responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or a related field.
* Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
* Essential: Experience teaching IGCSE and/or A Level Economics and Business Studies
* Strong subject knowledge and exam preparation experience.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Commitment to student wellbeing and academic excellence.
