Regional Growth Manager – Sales & Marketing (Remote)
This W‑2, 100% commission position offers unlimited earnings potential (up to 7 figures) for individuals with a robust, trusted network. The role requires no cold calling—your job is to invite existing contacts to our Founder‑led briefings where they can invest in real estate projects.
Responsibilities
* Identify and reach out to members of your network who already trust you.
* Invite them to live Founder‑led briefing sessions (Wednesday 7:30 PM CT or Saturday 2:00 PM CT).
* Provide concierge‑level support before and during the briefing.
* Attend at least one briefing per week to support and guide guests.
* Earn commission every Friday when guest’s deposits are placed.
Compensation & Benefits
* 100% commission‑based, uncapped earnings.
* Paid every Friday with no chargebacks.
* Full remote flexibility—any U.S. location.
* Part‑time or full‑time flexibility; you can keep your current job.
* No territorial restrictions; use your entire nationwide network.
Requirements
* Extensive warm network (personal, professional, or both).
* U.S. work authorization and residency.
* Reliable internet‑enabled phone (computer preferred).
* Self‑motivated and proven follow‑through.
