This role sits within our Ireland division, meaning you’ll be working closely with suppliers and customers based across Ireland. Whether you're located near our office or elsewhere in Ireland, we offer flexible working options — including remote, hybrid, or office-based — depending on your proximity to our Doncaster office. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and emails from Irish-based customers and suppliers, providing timely and professional responses. Support the setup of new customer sites and ensure accurate data entry into internal systems. Assist with quoting and basic administrative tasks, including updating records and processing documentation. Learn and manage shared mailboxes, prioritising and responding to operational requests. Liaise with suppliers and facilities across Ireland to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any issues. Generate and maintain reports, including monthly waste data and supplier performance. Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and deliver excellent customer service. Essential Attributes Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and expand knowledge of the waste industry Experience Required Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or operations role is desirable. Strong geographical knowledge of Ireland. Experience in the waste, logistics, or construction industry is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
