* You'll play a key role in diagnosing and managing repairs, ensuring our customers receive excellent service and high-quality homes they can be proud of. You'll be supported by a knowledgeable team and encouraged to grow through learning and development.

What you'll do:
* Diagnose building defects and identify suitable cost-effective remedies.
* Conduct property inspections to identify property defects and repairs needed and produce written reports.
* Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to resolve issues and complaints.
* Produce specifications and procure small building works and manage through to completion.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including but not limited to: Health & Safety, CDM Regulations, Party Wall etc Act, Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, British Standard, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and any other specialist trade and or professional codes of practice relevant to the work being undertaken.
What we're looking for:
* We welcome applications from people with a wide range of backgrounds. Whether you already have surveying experience or are starting out with some relevant knowledge and the drive to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Ideally this what we are looking for:
* Attention to detail.
* GCSE or O' Level standard (or equivalent) with grade C or above in English and Maths.
* Demonstrable experience in diagnosing building defects (entry) HNC/HND or equivalent experience for Level 1 applicants.
* An understanding of maintenance management and/or construction.
* Knowledge of managing contracts within budgetary constraints.
* Knowledge and experience of Health and safety legislation and its practical implementation including CDM regulations.
* Good understanding of Microsoft packages.
* For entry level applicants - willingness and capability to complete HNC Qualification.
* A positive attitude towards learning and developing new skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
