Complex Needs Family Support Worker - Part Time - 24 hours per week (Salary: £24,043.50 - £24,843.00 per annum, pro rata)
Responsibilities
* In this role you will provide holistic health and wellbeing support, helping families to thrive within the home environment, sustain positive outcomes and retain their tenancies. This role is supporting families.
* You will be working as part of a team to provide support to our customers and preventing homelessness. Your positive attitude towards your work and others will help to contribute to a great working environment. You will have a calm and personable manner and be able to handle potentially difficult situations.

* Safeguarding of children and adults in a similar environment
