As a Business Improvement Associate, you’ll help us deliver operational change that makes life easier for our frontline teams and better for our customers. You’ll be at the heart of creating a culture of continuous improvement—removing barriers, streamlining processes, and driving service excellence. How you’ll help us make health happen: What makes this role unique? You’ll work on meaningful projects that impact thousands of customers, using proven methodologies to deliver change that sticks. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and see the results of your work in real time. Lead the scoping, development, and implementation of operational change initiatives. Identify opportunities for improvement using tools like Gemba walks and process mapping. Create and manage project plans to deliver on time and within budget. Engage stakeholders at all levels to embed changes into business-as-usual processes. Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Experience in Customer Services environment is essential. Experience in Lean and/or project delivery is highly desirable. A highly organised and dynamic professional. Demonstrable evidence of planning and organisational skills. Analytical skills and ability to stratify data and produce meaningful reports and recommendations. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all levels of the business. IT skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio. Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and internal customers across a variety of departments. Attention to detail and ability to interpret information from a variety of sources to make sound decisions. Ability to adapt to working with different teams and people in a fast-paced environment.
