An established and reputable Surrey law firm is currently seeking a Junior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving office in Surrey and be part of a highly regarded Corporate and Commercial team. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of matters, including business formation, buying, selling or restructuring businesses, e-commerce and internet/IT law, and intellectual property. As part of this expanding team, you will play a key role in building the department at the Godalming office, with full support from the Dorking office.
The Requirements
1. You will have at least 1 year of PQE in Corporate and Commercial law.
2. You will possess strong numeracy and literacy skills, as well as excellent IT proficiency.
3. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
4. Salary is competitive and negotiable based on experience.
