We are looking for a People Partner to lead the Kettleby Foods site. You will need to be experienced in working at this level due to the key current projects and work activities. You will be leading the onsite team and supporting the senior leadership team through transition to create stability, efficiency and the right culture onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with leaders to enable people plans and business priorities to be supported through change to create a stable, efficient and strengthened business.
2. Provide advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, in a fair and consistent way.
3. Coach managers to address performance, absence, wellbeing and capability conversations.
4. Facilitate change projects, restructures and organisational updates when needed.
5. Use people data and insights to spot trends and recommend improvements.
