Responsibilities: In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining and supporting Microsoft Infrastructure, including Entra ID, Azure, VMs, and hosted services, while ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials through timely patching and monitoring. Overseeing Endpoint Management involving MDM/Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Manage Engine, managing Autopilot deployments, and enforcing security baselines. Developing PowerShell scripts to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Ensuring smooth backup operations, conducting regular recovery tests, and managing incident response for Backup & Disaster Recovery. Proactively monitoring and improving infrastructure, participating in technical projects, and engaging in monthly client meetings for Upgrades & Improvements. Handling service desk tickets, diagnosing issues, escalating when necessary, and contributing to knowledge base development.
