The role of the Area Sales Manager Residential Mechanical Ventilation will involve :
* Field sales role promoting a mid to high end range of mechanical ventilation, including MEV and MVHR systems
* Focused on the residential market
* Selling into predominantly M&E contractors and mechanical contactor installers
* 80% new business development role, 20% developing projects from existing relationships
* Projects from 1-200 houses / flats
