Group Financial Controller | London - Hybrid (4 days in the office) | £90 000 - £100 000
This listed, high-growth organisation is looking to hire a Group Financial Controller for its expanding London finance team. The company follows a “buy and improve” model, acquiring and scaling owner‑managed businesses. With revenue growing from £21m in 2021 to around £80m already this year, the group is entering a major new phase of expansion. Supported by solid funding and a strong pipeline of acquisitions, this is an outstanding opportunity to join the business at a pivotal moment.
Experience Required
* Audit trained with strong technical accounting knowledge
* IFRS working knowledge (specifically with IFRS 3, 15 and 16)
* Strong communicator, able to manage upwards and work cross functionally
* Comfortable in a lean, hands on environment
* Collaborative mindset and positive attitude
Main responsibilities
* Manage a small but growing team
* Lead monthly group consolidation, reporting and technical accounting (including IFRS 3, 15 and 16).
* Strengthen and improve financial processes, controls and reporting efficiency.
* Partner with subsidiary finance teams and provide clear, proactive communication to senior leadership.
* Support the CFO on analysis and projects as the group continues to scale
