Job Scope: We are recruiting for our client a proactive and clinically experienced Clinical Lead to support the development and delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across specialist services. The Clinical Lead will play a vital role in assessing new service users, supporting care planning and risk assessment, and overseeing the clinical governance of the organisation. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff, contribute to service audits, and participate in recruitment, training, and on-call duties. Youll also be responsible for developing tailored training programmes, supporting staff development, and ensuring clinical compliance across the organisation. The Clinical Lead will work closely with the Registered Manager and wider multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistent, evidence-based practice and drive service excellence. This is a varied, strategic, and hands-on role for someone passionate about shaping high-quality clinical care within a progressive and person-led environment.
