We are looking for a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team in Silsoe, supporting seven people with learning disabilities in their shared home. You will focus on promoting independence, fostering meaningful connections, and encouraging an active, fulfilling lifestyle.
A full UK manual driving licence is beneficial but not essential. If you don't drive, we will work with you to ensure shift patterns align with local bus timetables. The role offers flexible working hours across varied shifts, including days, nights, and alternate weekends.
