Role: Production Night Shift Supervisor
Working hours: 41.08(Sunday – Thursday)

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to come join our Production Supervision team at Castleford on our night shift.

How you’ll contribute to the mix:
7. Ensuring the delivery of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs through resource and quality management
8. Managing the Production area to ensure colleagues are motivated to deliver in their role leading to safe, efficient and high standards of production
9. -Leading and supporting the training and development of a fantastic team
Do you have the right ingredients?
10. Previous experience in food manufacturing
11. Awareness and knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
12. Excellent levels of communication across all levels and impressive presentation skills
13. The ability to work individually as well as part of a team
14. Experience in supervising a team
15. Knowledge and experience in delivering detailed reports as well as the ability to present the relevant information to interested stakeholders
16. A commitment to continued improvement
17. Strong interpersonal and time management skills
