Nonstop Care is currently working with a well:established Independent Fostering agency in the Merseyside area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Fostering team.
This is a home based role where you will only need to travel for visits, allowing you to manage your own diary and have a greater work life balance
Responsibilities:
* Support foster parents and their families to achieve outstanding outcomes for all children and young people in foster care.
* Support and monitor the continued suitability and competence of Foster parents ensuring they provide a safe, healthy, nurturing and learning environment for children/young people.
