HR Generalist & Advisor, Amazing Global Company, Up to £60,000 Benefits, Hybrid working included i.e. 3 days in the office 2 from home, West London. Overview of the HR Advisor & Generalist: Are you ready to step into a role where you don’t just manage HR—you make an impact that transforms people, teams, and the entire organisation? This isn’t a “tick-the-box” HR job. This is your chance to step up, add massive value, and play a key role in shaping the future of our global functions. In this role, you’ll be the go-to HR Generalist and true partner for the HR Director—helping them drive forward game-changing people initiatives while also being the first point of contact for HQ colleagues. You’ll bring clarity, energy, and solutions to every conversation, ensuring that employees don’t just get support—they get an outstanding experience. What You’ll Be Doing (and loving): * Partnering with the HR Director to deliver high-impact HR programmes and projects that elevate performance and engagement. * Owning the day-to-day HR operations that keep the company global functions running smoothly. * Driving recruitment at management level and below—bringing in the talent that will fuel future growth. * Guiding teams through change, transition, and transformation with confidence and empathy. * Using data and insights to influence decisions and shape strategy. * Rolling out initiatives that create consistency and excellence across all regions. Duties: Act as the main point of contact for all global functions employees, building credible relationships Support the HR agenda for global functions and provide first hand advice to managers on people-related matters Maintain strong links with HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to cascade new initiatives and policy changes as required Champion the annual engagement survey, analyse trends, and lead action planning for continuous improvement Collaborate with the Global Functions HR Directors to develop the engagement strategy, roadmaps, and actionable outcomes Support cultural initiatives by role-modelling winning traits and behaviours and introducing fresh thinking Maintain a network of local community contacts to foster social connections and CSR opportunities Manage data and analytics to identify focus areas, track improvements, and measure impact (for example engagement, turnover or employee costs) Assess monthly reports to identify trends affecting organisational efficiency Support the executoin talent review processes, including data collation, insight development, and preparation for Functional Talent Councils Support change management initiatives such as organisation baselining, consultation, and banding exercises Partner with HR Communications to ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging throughout the employee lifecycle Drive the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda, leading action planning to foster belonging and inclusion alongside the UKI region Partner with Talent & Organisation Development, Recruitment, and Shared Services to enhance the colleague experience Collaborate with the resourcing team to deliver proactive recruitment, talent attraction, and onboarding Provide proactive support on Employee Relations matters in close partnership with the ER team What's in your DNA/Experience Needed: * Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, engage, influence, and empower to drive forward the engagement agenda. * Well-developed planning, prioritisation, organisational, and presentation skills. * Proven experience of working in a HR environment and understanding of interconnections/drivers of Employee Engagement/Employee Life Cycle. * Passion and drive to challenge the norm to create a better work environment for all colleagues. * Ability to build respected, trusted, and supportive relationships with key partners. * Experience of working within a HR Operational role and understanding of interconnections/drivers of Employee Engagement/Employee Life Cycle. * Comprehensive experience of working with a range of people policies, including flexible working, maternity, disciplinary & grievance, performance improvement. * Knowledge and experience of employee relations issues, including resolution. * HR systems knowledge & experience. * A personal desire to continuously learn and develop to ensure new practices and thinking are understood and adopted. * Good understanding of UK employment law
