At GSL Education, we’re growing our high-performing Southampton branch and are looking for driven, reliable individuals to join the team. Whether you’ve got recruitment or sales experience, or you’re looking to break into the industry as a trainee, we’ll give you the tools, training and support to succeed.
The Role
You’ll be working closely with local Primary, Secondary and specialist schools across Hampshire and Dorset, helping them secure quality staff while supporting candidates in finding their ideal roles. It’s a fast-paced, rewarding position where no two days are the same.
From day-to-day supply to permanent placements, you’ll play a key role in matching the right people to the right opportunities, all while delivering a high-quality, honest service.

Working Hours
* Term time: 7:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
* School holidays: Reduced hours (5 hours per day) on full pay
