Full time role based in Warwick, UK. The position involves 40 hours per week with some weekend work and pays £15.00 per hour plus company benefits.

Role Overview
The Lead Wellbeing & Lifestyle Co‑Ordinator combines management and hands‑on responsibilities, coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within Cinnamon Home. Duties include internal and external communication about activity‑focused programmes for residents, networking within the local community to recruit, train and place volunteers, and introducing appropriate activities to support independence and community integration. A full clean driving licence is required as the role may involve driving the mini bus for external excursions.

Responsibilities
* Organise and conduct activities that encourage social, mental and, where appropriate, physical stimulation for residents, working with the Cinnamon Activities Programme.
* Network and develop links in the local community to establish relationships with local businesses, organisations and schools; build and maintain a volunteer base involving family, team members and community volunteers.
* Manage the activities team, including supervision, appraisals and handling people issues, while ensuring a robust rota is in place.
* Organise special events such as Christmas entertainment, Ascot, Royal Occasions, etc.
* Produce a monthly programme of events to be discussed with the General Manager using the Cinnamon Activities Calendar template.
* Maintain the activity budget and regularly update the Cinnamon website, Facebook and other social media to promote activities to the community.
* Assess each resident’s social needs on move‑in and develop a personal activities programme, tailoring stimulation to individual requirements.
Person Specification
* Current experience in managing a team.
* Level 3 (QCF) Supporting Activities Provision qualification.
* NAPA qualifications and training areas desirable.
* Knowledge of organising activities that enhance residents’ lives.
* IT literacy – competent with systems use.
