What You'll Do:
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our success by taking ownership of your GP Target and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Regularly engaging and meeting with customers to understand their needs.
2. Building a deep understanding of the customer landscape, competitors, and industry frameworks.
3. Collaborating closely with Sales Support to deliver an effective level of service to clients.
4. Working closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
5. Championing the customer/client at all levels internally, ensuring their needs are met.
6. Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
7. Playing an integral role in new business pitches and taking responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
8. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients while actively generating new business.
9. Crafting business plans for all key clients.
10. Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
