Elevation Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join our clients team on a permanent, hybrid basis in Normanton, WF6. You’ll help manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and contribute to improving internal processes — all while delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage the accounts receivable inbox and resolve queries
* Post payments, reconcile bank accounts, send reminders/statements
* Monitor credit limits and take appropriate action
* Own your customer accounts end-to-end
* Support system/process improvements and collaborate across teams
What You Need:
* Previous Credit Control admin experience preferred not essential
* Previous administration experience / managing email inbox preferred
* MS Excel Skills (inc. VLOOKUP’S & Pivot Tables)
* Confident & enthusiastic individual keen to grow within a thriving business

This is a permanent position, paying between £25k - £27k depending on experience.
