About The Role
You will join the Brand Buying team and play a key part in driving the success of our health & beauty brands. You will help decide which products reach our in‑store shelves and support the global consumer and retail brand strategies through data analysis and sourcing recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Category Manager to develop, source and deliver consumer brands.
* Analyse market data, identify customer favourites and recommend sourcing options that support financial targets.
* Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate terms and seek global sources for raw materials to reduce costs.
* Identify new opportunities and ensure Boots remains distinct in a fast‑paced market.
* Collaborate with the Brand Buying team to keep the customer at the centre of every decision.
Qualifications
* Experience in sourcing, buying, supplier management or negotiations, preferably within FMCG or a related sector.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
