Hours: Part time - 4 days / week ideally spread across Monday - Friday 4 full days will be considered

Our client based in Saffron Walden is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Facilities Coordinator your duties will include:
* Daily management of contractors
* Ensuring facilities project work is carried out to agreed contracts
* Basic maintenance, changing lightbulbs, painting etc
* Managing company fleet
* Utility meter readings
* Monitoring / checking buildings
* Dealing with contract renewals with management
* Working with IT support company / managing IT inventory
* Supporting with running company H & S systems
An ideal candidate for the Facilities Coordinator will have:
* Previous experience in a facilities / maintenance role
* Working with suppliers & contractors in managing building projects
* Good levels of experience using Microsoft Office
* Strong understanding of facilities management and building maintenance
* Practical maintenance skills
* A basic understanding of IT equipment & setup
* Excellent communication skills
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
