We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of a range of high quality and luxury rooflights into the commercial sector as well as trade and residential customers. The basic salary on offer is £30K - £35K with the potential to earn £60K + with bonus and commission.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and outbound efforts.
* Initiating contact with potential clients, introducing the company and its products/services, and building rapport.
* Understanding customer requirements, identifying business opportunities, and gathering relevant information.
* Negotiating and closing sales deals, handling objections, and finding solutions that meet customer needs.
* Managing and developing assigned customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and maximising sales opportunities.
* Following the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring accurate recording of information, and maintaining customer records
