About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior or Principal Flood Risk Consultant with a strong background in drainage design, hydraulic, and 3D drainage network modelling. You will lead technical projects, support business development, and mentor team members across water-based infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead hydraulic modelling and drainage projects
* Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices
* Produce technical reports, feasibility studies, and design calculations
* Mentor junior staff and review technical work
* Engage with clients and stakeholders to foster relationships
* Contribute to bids, proposals, and internal standards
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, or related field
* Chartered or Incorporated status (preferred)
Experience:
* Proven track record in water-based projects
* Proficiency with InfoWorks ICM and familiarity with Flood Modeller or TUFLOW
* Experience with SuDS and 3D drainage modelling
* Knowledge of UK water regulations and health & safety legislation
* Site visit and survey experience
