What you'll be doing...
As a Chef/Cook Manager, you will manage on-site teams, recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to deliver efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer, and clients.
Responsibilities:
* Motivating and managing a team
* Controlling and managing a budget
* Ensuring effective team communication, building relationships, management reporting, and client liaison for operational excellence
What can you bring?
* Genuine interest in customer service excellence
* Focus on the front line
* Proven team leadership experience
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Previous experience as a Chef/Chef Manager
* Catering experience is desirable
