Salary: £40,000 – £48,000
Are you a personal injury lawyer looking to specialise in international and cross-border claims? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a leading Manchester-based PI Travel team.
The practice is recognised for its expertise in acting for claimants involved in accidents abroad, including:
* Road traffic accidents with complex jurisdiction and applicable law issues
* Claims under the Package Travel Regulations
* Workplace accidents abroad
* Maritime and aviation cases
* Accidents in America
* Large group illness litigation

The Role As an Associate, you’ll manage your own caseload of claimant PI travel matters, advising clients with sensitivity and professionalism. You’ll work on cases from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, with the support of experienced partners. The role will also involve liaising with medical and legal experts, developing case strategies, and delivering excellent client care.
About You
* NQ–2 PQE solicitor with experience in personal injury
* Genuine interest in international and cross-border travel claims
* Strong litigation and case management skills
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities
* Confident working independently as well as part of a team
