Please note this is a hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the office. Job Description - The Role We are seeking a Corporate Card Administrator to support the delivery of a world-class Payroll and Expenses service to our clients employees. Reporting to the Systems and Projects Manager for Payroll and Expenses, this role will operate within a professional office environment and will ideally suit someone with experience of corporate cards and a working knowledge of Concur and ServiceNow. What you'll be doing: Monitoring the GBS portal and ensuring responses are provided within SLA for all tickets raised in the team queue. Corporate card administration including processing of applications, limit increases, changes to personal information and reviewing reasons for decline. Liaising with corporate card provider to ensure all credit balance refunds are actioned. Ad hoc expense support, up to and including the reconciliation of a corporate card account against expenses processed in Concur. Using Concur Detect to review misuse and aged debt cases. The skills you'll need: You will be customer focussed, committed to service delivery, have excellent communication and analytical skills, and a can-do attitude. Microsoft Office skills are preferred with Excel at basic to intermediate level. The role requires the use of pivot tables, v-look-ups and macros. You should be capable of acting on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team in a busy and demanding environment. Time management and prioritisation will be key skills to ensure service level targets are always met. Adopt a process improvement mindset to all aspects of the work.
