* Execute outgoing payments and liaise with banks on compliance, client reviews and documentation.
* Manage client money accounts, including allocations, reconciliations and statements.
* Calculate management and rental commissions; issue, process and archive invoices, including those for repairs, refurbishments and other services.
* Support bookkeeping in Xero, including transaction coding and document uploads.
* Prepare monthly and annual client financial reports and management accounts.
* Prepare financial data for VAT returns, Non-Resident Landlord Scheme and ATED reporting, self-assessment for rental income and other tax filings, including international obligations where applicable.
Compliance and Client Account Support
* Prepare and submit statutory filings to Companies House, including Confirmation Statements and Dormant Accounts.
* Administer and renew memberships, licences and registrations, covering Client Money Protection, AML (HMRC), Data Protection, insurance policies and software subscriptions.
* Track statutory deadlines across all group companies and liaise with external accountants, advisers and authorities as required.
* Administer service charge, ground rent and utility payments, and maintain accurate records of related balances.
* Monitor outstanding creditor and debtor positions and respond to client, landlord and supplier queries on financial matters.
What we are looking for
* Part-qualified accountant currently studying towards a recognised qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent
* Active progress toward professional certification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or similar)
* Confident with Xero bookkeeping
* Commercial literacy around leases, contracts and NDAs
* Familiarity with Companies House filings and UK statutory compliance (AML, data protection, CMP)
* Advanced Excel, highly organised, and able to juggle competing deadlines across finance, admin and legal workstreams
* Experience in property, real estate or another asset-based business
* Some exposure to international tax reporting
What we offer
* Competitive salary aligned to experience
* A Knightsbridge office, and a prime central London portfolio to work on
