Recently a new vacancy has opened for an environmental scientist to join their team of expert regulatory consultants. This would be a great opportunity for someone with an in depth understanding of environmental fate or ecotoxicology who is looking to join a consultancy. Applications welcome from regulatory experts within chemicals manufacturing, regulatory bodies and consultancy backgrounds. A minimum of 2 days per week working on site from Oxfordshire will be required.Role DescriptionProviding regulatory support with environmental assessments to ensure dossiers are compliantComplying with REACH environmental hazard and risk assessment requirementsStudy monitoring for environmental fate and ecotoxicology studiesProviding support and advice on CLP classifications and PBT assessmentsWorking closely with clients on various regulatory projects and providing expert environmental advice.RequirementsExtensive recent experience in a similar environmental science, E fate or ecotoxicologist roleA strong understanding of REACH regulations and CLP classificationsUp to date knowledge of testing practices within environmental fate and ecotoxicityQSAR modelling knowledge would be beneficialAbility to work onsite in a hybrid arrangement with two days onsite in OxfordshireFull right to work in the UK.
