Accounts Payable Assistant - About the Role As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing invoices, expenses, and supplier relationships while driving process improvements that boost accuracy, efficiency, and team performance. Main responsibilities will include: * Accurately process high volumes of invoices in multiple currencies. * Resolve queries, whilst maintaining strong supplier relationships * Reconcile AP ledger to statements, process supplier payments (including foreign currencies), and cashflow management. * Ensure correct VAT treatment on all purchase invoices, including employee expenses and international transactions. * Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
