We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Executive. The role involves supporting daily office operations, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
* Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance works, site visits, and meetings.
* Maintain records of contracts, service agreements, and client communications.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents as required.
* Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, and attendance tracking.
* Ensure office supplies and resources are adequately stocked and organized.
Requirements:
* Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience; prior exposure to facility management is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
* Good written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly with clients and contractors.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
