Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, including experience in supportled/assisted living and nursing homes. As a CQC Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents while managing staff and resources effectively.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to meet the needs of residents, including those requiring dementia and Alzheimer's care.
* Supervise and support staff members, fostering a positive working environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
* Administer medications as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and medication management policies.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care, staff performance, and operational procedures.
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for residents.
* Conduct regular assessments of care quality and implement improvements as necessary.
Skills
* Proven experience in a management role within assisted living or nursing home settings.
* Strong knowledge of senior care practices, including dementia and Alzheimer's care.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
* Proficient in developing care plans that address individual resident needs.
* Experience in medication administration and understanding of relevant regulations.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and compliance documentation.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
