An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail focused individual to provide high quality administrative support to both our Training and Communications Teams. This is a varied, fast paced role where no two days are the same. From setting up training sessions and managing staff enquiries, to scheduling social media posts and supporting corporate events, you’ll be at the heart of two busy teams with plenty to get involved in. Full training will be provided on all systems and processes. As the post holder, you will:
* Provide an efficient and effective administrative service to both teams
* Maintain and update the Care Plus Group training database
* Schedule and post news to internal and external communications systems websites, intranet, social media
* Offer advice and guidance to staff on using the system
* Produce accurate, well presented documents and materials
* Confidently use M365 applications and be open to learning new digital tools

About the Training & Development Team
The Training & Development Team delivers Corporate and Departmental Induction for all Care Plus Group staff, alongside Statutory and Mandatory training. They also provide commercial training to individual learners and organisations nationwide.
About the Communications & Marketing Team
The Communications & Marketing Team supports CPG and its subsidiary companies by providing information, advice and guidance to operational teams. The team oversees internal and external communication, website development, social media, print materials, patient information and corporate events.
