We are recruiting a Solutions Delivery specialist to work with a team of resources to respond to dynamic client requirements. The successful candidate will be pivotal in the deployment of client solutions of the firm's transformation.
The role has a mix of responsibilities but will ultimately be responsible for the delivery of projects to develop new or existing solutions for clients or the internal Technology Services teams, by providing coordination, communication, documentation and general project delivery services to ensure successful outcomes and customer / client satisfaction.
This role can be based out of any of our UK offices and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
* Able to evidence experience working on multiple complex projects with varying requirements at the same time, being able to ‘wear multiple hats’.
* Experienced in requirement management collaborating with Business Analysts to convert initial business requirements into user stories to feed into development cycles, defining unambiguous acceptance criteria.
* Demonstrable experience in release management.
* Ability to interact with and influence internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support.
* Experience in Testing – including writing UAT test scripts and giving feedback about projects following UAT and prioritise changes and bugs.
