Salary: £68,000 - 68,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience within a similar role, managing large-scale change as a Product Owner. Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, Dynamics or similar). Proven experience of working within an Agile methodology framework. A solution-focused approach and experience developing strategies that meet business needs. Proven experience in conducting user research, business analysis, creating user stories, managing the backlog, UAT, etc. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels, with the ability to influence others. Confident using product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Mural). A full valid driving licence as travel is required. Responsibilities: Define the strategy for the CRM element of the project. Develop the product roadmap, define priorities, and ensure that the project remains on track. Own and manage the backlog, ensuring effective prioritisation. Lead a team to ensure that user stories and requirements are clearly defined.
