Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? A specialist school in North Liverpool is seeking dedicated Children’s Support Workers to join their team, supporting pupils aged 3–19.
This is a great opportunity for a new or experienced educator to become a familiar face in a school where staffing, culture and community go hand in hand.

About the Role
You’ll work as part of a supportive, skilled team to help pupils access learning, develop independence, and thrive in a nurturing environment. Every day is different, and your impact will be immediate and meaningful.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
2. Assisting with communication, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing
3. Supporting personal care where required
4. Helping create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
5. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and wider school staff
What We’re Looking For
6. Experience in SEND, care, youth work, or a related field (school or non‑school settings welcome)
7. A calm, resilient, and compassionate approach
8. Ability to build trust and positive relationships
9. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
